2How do I make changes or add on items to my current reservation?
If you are needing to make changes or add something to your reservation, such as a golf cart, please email us, visit the office or call us at (828) 338-9598. Please have your confirmation number available.
3Will my reservation lock in a specific site or location?
You will be guaranteed the type of unit, such as a cabin, dome or RV site, but the specific location will not be guaranteed unless you select the option for the lock in fee for a small additional charge.
4What is the cancellation policy?

5How far in advance should I make a reservation?
We recommend making the reservation as soon as your travel dates are set. Some sites may book several months ahead of time, especially for holiday weekends.
6Do you offer deals and specials?
Yes! Check out the deals and special offers sections for special that we will run throughout the year. You can also follow us on Instagram and Facebook to stay up-to-date on any seasonal deals and specials we’re offering.
7What forms of payments do you accept for reservations?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards
8What are my check-in/out times?
Check-in time is 3:00–6:00 PM. We do offer an early check-In for a fee between 12:00-3:00 PM if purchased in advance or at check-in, depending on availability.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
RV SITES
Check-in time is 3:00–6:00 PM. We do offer an early check-In for a fee between 12:00-3:00 PM if purchased in advance on check-in day, depending on availability.
Check-out time is 1 PM. Extended access is available for $20 to stay in the campground until 6:00 PM, depending on availability.
Please contact the office no later than 9:00 AM if you wish to extend your stay or if your departure is delayed due to an emergency.
Extended access (after check-out time) does not guarantee guest will be able to stay on site until departing from the campground. Extended access only guarantees access to the campground facilities and activities, which requires parking away from your site. Access is based on availability.
9Can I have visitors at my site?
Yes! Facilities in this campground are for the use of campground guests only. Any guest visitors are required to register at the office before entering the campground and will be charged a fee of $10 per day. There can be no more than 8 people (maximum of 4 adults) registered to one site at any given time, unless prior approval has been obtained. All the guest visitors must leave the park by 10:00 PM, unless registered as an overnight guest visitor. Please register overnight guest visitors in the office by 5:00 PM. All guest visitors must obey all campground rules.
10How many people are allowed per site?
The cabins and RV sites accommodate up to 4 people of any combination. 8 person maximum per site. Additional person fee applies.
The domes accommodate up to 4 people of any combination. 4 person maximum per site.
11What are the times for picking up and dropping off golf carts?
You can pick up your golf cart any time after your 3:00 PM check-in. You need to return your golf cart by 11:00 AM.
12Are pets welcome?
Yes! Our campground is pet friendly, but owners will always be totally responsible for their dogs. The campground has a two-dog maximum rule. NO EXCEPTIONS. Dogs cannot be left unattended at any time and must be on a leash when not inside your cabin, dome or RV. All domes and cabins have dog kennels for their use. All dog litter must be cleaned up immediately and deposited in the dumpster. Any guest not in compliance will be asked to leave the park. Aggressive and barking dogs will not be tolerated. Dogs may not enter any the clubhouse, pool area or bath house.
13Can we bring our own personal motorized vehicles such as a golf cart or ATV?
ATV’s are not permissible in the campground due to safety and liability issues. Any guests found in violation of this policy may be asked to leave without refund. Personal golf carts may be brought to the campground. Proof of liability insurance is required.
14Is alcohol permitted at the campground?
This is a family campground, and the use of alcohol is limited to your own site and should not be brought into any of our community areas. Under no circumstances will minors, as determined by state and local law, be served, or allowed to consume alcoholic beverages at the campground.
15Can I smoke at the campground?
No smoking in any building, public space or the swimming pool area. This includes, but is not limited to cabins, domes, bath houses, laundry rooms and any community buildings. Smoking is permitted outside of your site. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. Dispose of butts in proper containers. Smoking is not permitted within 50 feet of any building entrance. Smoking of any substances besides tobacco and vaporizers will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to fine violators of this policy.
16Can I bring my drone?
Yes, you may bring your drone.
17Can I bring my own firewood?
Campers are not allowed to bring their own firewood due to regulations from the NC Department of Agriculture. To preserve the beauty of our wooded campground, please do not cut down or damage trees in any way. Please contact the office for the availability of firewood to purchase.
18Can I bring my handgun or fireworks?
No weapons, sparklers or fireworks of any kind are allowed.
19Is there Wi-Fi?
Absolutely and it's free. The signal strength may vary throughout the campground due to guest usage and location.
20When are the quiet hours?
Quiet hours are from 10:00PM – 8:00AM. The quality of rest and relaxation is important to all campers, so please refrain from loud noises and disturbances during this period. All radios and TVs must be at minimum volume settings and be aware that normal speaking voices carry. Please ensure that your minor children remain at your site until 8:00AM.
21 What is the speed limit?
For the safety and security of our guests the maximum speed at the campground is 10 MPH.
22Where are the communal fire pits and grills located?
There are several fire pits and grills located in the areas near the cabins and domes. Please look on our map for the locations. RV sites will have their own fire pits.
23Can we have a party or meeting at the campground?
